The Challenge
Chordline Health is a SaaS healthcare company focused on population health management and have been able to pivot in an ever-changing industry for over 30 years. With a recent name change, Chordline wanted to push the reset button on their healthcare branding and website to create an identity that matched where they are today… and where they’ll go in the future.

With decades of experience under their belt, Chordline sought South Square Creative’s expertise to level-up their branding in a way that truly reflects their authority in the healthcare space. After chatting with the Marketing Director, it was clear a brand refresh was in order. Our focus was a bold, user-friendly website with a focus on clarity across all Chordline’s sub-brands.
By refining the brand identity, creating new structure for sub-brands, and forming alignment through their creative across the organization, Chordline Health launched a rebrand that stands head and shoulders above their competition.
